This little unit will make lights flicker randomly, you can use this to make any LED flicker, for effects such as gas lights, faulty lights, or tv screens etc.
this can run on 7 to 19 volts AC or DC. The two black wires at one end of the unit goes to the power supply (it doesn't matter which way round) and at the other end the red wire goes to the positive of the LED, and the black to the negative.
You can add more than one LED to this unit.
